Why We Built This Site
Maryland gives the public real access to court records, but the access is split by court and by office. A warrant does not sit in one drawer. The court that issues it sets the charge and the bond. The Sheriff's Office executes it and can speak to whether it has been served. A warrant for a missed court date stays with the judge who set the original case. Serious felony, family, and civil contempt matters belong to the Circuit Court, while traffic and misdemeanor files stay with the District Court.
Maryland also runs no single public registry that lists every open warrant in the state. The public case lookup summarizes a case, and it plainly says the summary is not an authoritative legal record. Some files stay closed until they are served, juvenile records never appear, and a brand-new warrant may take time to show up. A reader can check one office, find nothing, and walk away with the wrong conclusion.
This site pulls the addresses, phone numbers, search steps, and request forms for those offices together, so a reader starts at the right counter instead of the closest one.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to any Maryland court, to the Caroline County Sheriff's Office, or to any state agency. The limits are worth stating plainly.
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm that a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot recall, quash, satisfy, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept payment toward a warrant or a fine
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or say how a specific charge applies to a reader
- We cannot promise that every address, phone number, or fee on this site is current today
Only the court that issued the warrant or the law-enforcement agency that holds it can confirm whether it exists and whether it has been recalled or satisfied. This site can point to the right office, but the answer has to come from that office.
Search Partners
Search boxes on this site are supplied by outside companies. Those companies set their own prices and run their own services, and when a search leads to a paid signup this site may earn a referral fee. That revenue keeps the pages free to read.
We do not control what a partner charges, what a partner returns, or how a partner handles the information a visitor submits. A partner result is not an official court record, and it is not a warrant check run by a government office.
The same FCRA limits described in the footer apply to every partner tool linked from this site. Anything that matters should be confirmed with the clerk or the Sheriff's Office.
